Boil Water Advisory Lifted for Two Wakefield Streets
The state Department of Health lifted the advisory on Friday afternoon after a water main break.

WAKEFIELD, RI—A boil water advisory for two streets in Wakefield has been lifted after water sampling showed the water is safe for human consumption, according to the state Department of Health.
Customers of the SUEZ water system along Narragansett Avenue and on Old Tower Hill Road from Dale Carlia Corner to the Wakefield Mall had been affected since Wednesday when a water main broke.
The main has since been repaired, the health department said on Friday.
