District Court Log: December 14, 2010
A Connecticut woman pleads no contest to a reckless driving charge, and several pleas are recorded for alcohol violations.

WAKEFIELD – The following cases were heard Tuesday in Fourth Division District Court:
- Barbara Anne Armstrong, 49, of 18 Hoover Lane, Enfield, CT, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of reckless driving, which was amended from driving while intoxicated. She was ordered to make a $200 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund, and the charge will be filed for one year.
- Brandon D. Palmeiro, 34, of 20 Redwood Drive, Narragansett, pleaded no contest to Narragansett police charges of driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident. For the license charge, Palmeiro was ordered to pay a $250 fine. For the accident charge, he was ordered to pay restitution.
- Danielle R. O'Rourke, 19, of 9 Orr Hatch, Cornwall, NY, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of misstatement of age. She was ordered to pay a $100 fine, to complete 30 hours of community service and to surrender her license for 30 days.
- A Narragansett police charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor against Chelsea A. Trotta, 19, of 3 Roxbury Ave., Narragansett, was dismissed. According to court records, Trotta made a $150 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.
- A Narragansett police charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor against Michael O. Ross, 20, of 29 Andre Ave., South Kingstown, was dismissed. According to court records, Ross made a $150 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.
