A wrap-up of court activity.

WAKEFIELD – The following cases were heard in Fourth Division District Court:

  • John D. Oberle, 28, of 299 Linden Drive, South Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of driving while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $680.50 in assessments, to surrender his license for three months, to complete 10 hours of community service and to attend DWI school.
  • Dayna M. Carissimi, 21, of 7 Sandy Lane, Bristol, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of driving while intoxicated. She was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $680.50 in assessments, to surrender his license for three months, to complete 10 hours of community service and to attend DWI school.
  • Jin R. Kulsic, 54, of 551 Victory Highway, Exeter, pleaded no contest to a Rhode Island State Police charge emanating from the Wickford barracks of domestic disorderly conduct. The charge will be filed for one year, and a no-contact order was enacted between Kulsic and a 47-year-old person.
  • James N. Heron, 24, of 140 Sea View Ave., Wakefield, pleaded no contest to a Rhode Island State Police charge of possession of marijuana. He was ordered to serve a year of probation and a one-year suspended sentence, and to undergo a substance abuse assessment.
  • John J. Siligate, 20, of 24 Rhode Island Ave., Narragansett, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of disorderly conduct, which was amended from assault. The charge will be filed for one year.
  • Delmy Paez Archila, 28, of 22 Dorr St., Providence, pleaded no contest to a Rhode Island State Police charge of driving without a license. Archila was ordered to pay a $250 fine.
  • A Narragansett police charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor against Joseph C. DeBlois, 20, of 24 Acres of Pine Road, Coventry, was dismissed. According to court documents, DeBlois made a $150 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.
  • A Narragansett police charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor against Erica M. DiLoreto, 20, of 167 Liberty Road, Tappan, NY, was dismissed. According to court documents, DiLoreto made a $150 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.
  • A Narragansett police charge of driving with a suspended license against Trevor W. Knight, 30, of 306 Allen Ave., Apt. #B, South Kingstown, was dismissed.
  • A Rhode Island State Police charge of domestic disorderly conduct against Gregory L. Northup, 48, of 99 South Road, Exeter, was dismissed. According to court records, the alleged victim did not wish to testify.
