Meeting Street Fundraiser To Feature URI's Dan Hurley
EG's Bob Bolton says he started the event 31 years ago at the Coast Guard House in Narragansett as a way to give back to the community.
URI's new head basketball coach Dan Hurley will serve as honorary chair for the annual Allstate Insurance and Bay Realty Reception on Tuesday, June 26, at the Coast Guard House in Narragansett, which has benefited Meeting Street School for more than three decades.
The event is chaired by Robert B. Bolton and William E. Hannan from Allstate Insurance Company and Jay Readyhough from Bay Realty Limited. Bolton, from East Greenwich, started the reception 31 years ago.
"I wanted to give something back to the community," he said recently. "I have three healthy, strong children."
