Nobody Hurt in Two-Alarm Narragansett Fire

Flames broke out at around 1 a.m.

NARRAGANSETT, RI—Nobody was hurt after a fire in a house on Secluded Drive in Narragansett early Friday morning, but a family has been displaced.

Firefighters said the fire, which broke out at around 1 a.m., spread rapidly before firefighters were able to get control of the fire.

Narragansett firefighters received mutual aid from nearby departments, including the Union Fire District, North Kingstown Fire Department and the Peace Dale Fire Department.

The house at 75 Secluded Drive, a 2-story 1,900 square foot colonial, was built in 1992.
