Laliberty was arrested without incident. His car was moved to a nearby parking lot, because a passenger in the vehicle believed he was too intoxicated to drive.
According to police, the arrest was Laliberty’s eighth for a suspended license, dating back to July 2000. Police noted that his license was suspended in April 2012 after he pleaded no contest in traffic court to drunken driving.
Laliberty was processed and then released at about 2 a.m.
