South Kingstown: Police Identify Man Killed Tuesday
The man was an arborist, and he was cutting a tree over a power line Tuesday when he was electrocuted, police said.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Police have identified the 29-year-old man who was killed when he touched a live wire on Tuesday. Gregory Hanna, of South Kingstown, was working in a bucket truck about 30 feet up. He was cutting trees over the power lines and was electrocuted. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hanna and his business partner had been hired to cut and trim trees on Ledge Road. The partner was on the ground repairing a chain saw when Hanna came into contact with the wires. Police said foul play is not suspected, and the incident appears to be an industrial accident. However, the investigation is continuing.
