Three Superior Court Bench Warrants Issued

WAKEFIELD – Superior Court associate justices issued arrest warrants for the following defendants:

• Rodney Smith, 28, of 60 Chestnut St. #3, Cranston, did not appear at a Nov. 15 court hearing. North Kingstown police arrested Smith for possession of cocaine after allegedly finding 2.4 grams in a cigarette pack held by him during a traffic stop.
• Joshua George Marshall, 28, of 440 Bennett Road, Ashby, MA, did not appear at a Nov. 15 pre-trial hearing. University of Rhode Island police arrested Marshall at a dance in April after they alegedly found more than 56 ecstasy pills in his possession.
• Nicholas Marshall, 24, formerly of 62 Brookside Ave., West Warwick, now of 10 Cecil St., Johnston, did not appear at a Nov. 22 pre-trial hearing. South Kingstown police arrested Marshall for computer fraud after a man told police that he used his debit card to purchase a cell phone at Radio Shack.
