PRELIMINARY PLAN

Notice is hereby given that the Narragansett Planning Board will hold a public hearing to review the preliminary plan for a major subdivision of land entitled “Clarke Road Subdivision - Major Subdivision” located approximately 1,500 feet east of the Clarke Road/Point Judith Road intersection.

This property is identified as Assessors Plat “V”, Lot 27 and is currently vacant. The parcel is 20.533 acres in area and is located in an R-80 Residential zone. The proposed subdivision would divide the land into 5 residential house lots and incorporate the construction of a new road approximately 500 feet in length.

This proposal may be revised by the Planning Board as a result of further study or in response to information or testimony presented at public hearing.

This petition is on file in the Office of Community Development in the Town Hall and may be inspected by the public during regular office hours, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Department of Community Development at (401) 782-0632, forty eight (48) hours in advance of the hearing date.
