South Kingstown Senior Services regrets to announce the temporary suspension of the senior transportation program

South Kingstown Senior Services regrets to announce the temporary suspension of the senior transportation program due to a vacant van driver position. The program will resume as soon as a new driver has been hired and trained.
In the meantime, we understand the inconvenience this may cause and want to provide alternative transportation resources for seniors in our community. Seniors can utilize the RIPTA Flex Service bus program, which offers accessible transportation options throughout the area. Passengers can make a reservation 24 hours in advance by calling 401-784-9500 ext. 1220. Additionally, Southern RI Volunteers at 401-552-7661 can be contacted to assist seniors with transportation needs.
