Village Green Playground Closed For Flooding Damage

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — South Kingstown's Village Green Playground is temporarily closed due to flood damage.

The safety surfacing on the playground was removed by flooding when the state was hit by the remnants of Hurricane Ida, town officials said. Repairs are scheduled to happen next week, the town said.

"We thank you in advance for your patience," the town said in a statement.
