Police said that when questioned about the prescriptions, Conley admitted to filing them with CVS, using the nurse practitioner’s number. The medication was used by Conley, she told police, not the family member.
Conley was arraigned at police headquarters and then released at about 4:52 p.m. She is scheduled to appear in Fourth Division District Court on Sept. 13.
