5:24 p.m. — Stephen Wilkinson, 47, of Newport, was charged with possession of a schedule I-to-V drug, except marijuana (less than 10 grams).

9:01 p.m. — Elizabeth Andrews, 63, of Newport, was charged with DUI of liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Oct. 12

12:36 a.m. — Georgia Allen, 24, of Newport, was charged with possession of a schedule I-to-V drug, except marijuana (less than 10 grams) and two bench warrants out of Rhode Island Superior Court.

10:54 a.m. — Kirby Scott, 52, of Newport, was charged witch larceny under $1,500 and fraudulent use of a credit card.

5:57 p.m. — Mehar Baloch, 31, of Middletown, was charged with licensee sale/distribute/delver tobacco product to person under 21 (first offense).

6:07 p.m. — Ali Chambseddie, 19, of Tiverton, was charged with licensee sale/distribute/delver tobacco product to person under 21 (first offense).

6:11 p.m. — Latoya Johnson, 35, of Middletown, was charged with licensee sale/distribute/delver tobacco product to person under 21 (first offense).

9 p.m. — Rosaura Paniagua, 31, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone, and domestic simple assault/battery.

Oct. 13

1:05 a.m. — Frank Michaels, 60, of Newport, was charged with willful trespassing

1:47 a.m. — Cole Billington, 30, of Fairfield, Connecticut, was charged with urinating, expectorating, or defecating in public.
