2:43 a.m. — Justice Everett, 25, of Providence, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault/battery (third offense).
5:02 a.m. — Gregory Moniz, 28, of Newport, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Oct. 6
12:39 a.m. — Jeffrey Lima, 53, of Methuen, Massachusetts, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 7
11 p.m. — Enrico DiGregorio, 53, of Jamestown, was charged with resisting legal or illegal arrest, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, and disorderly conduct.
11 p.m. — Tracy DiGregorio, 50, of Jamestown, was charged with simple assault or battery and disorderly conduct-fighting.
Oct. 8
3:10 a.m. — Declan Hanley, 21, of Cranston, was charged with disorderly conduct and vandalism/malicious injury to property.
5:54 p.m. — Steven Cox, 64, of Newport, was charged with drinking/possessing an open container of alcohol in public.
6:09 p.m. — Samuel Whitmire, 48, of Newport, was charged with disorderly conduct-obstructing a sidewalk, street, or wharf.
Oct. 9
3:10 a.m. — Frank Michaels, 60, of Newport, Jeffrey Fontes, 46, of Newport, and Lauren Palowski, 37, of Newport, were all charged with beaches, parks, and cliff walk closing.
9:42 p.m. — Leon Mason Gagne, 19, was charged with shoplifting.
