Go Fund Me Started For Ash Chamseddine Family

NEWPORT, RI—Ashraf Chamseddine, the owner of Ash Mart in the Fifth Ward, died last week after a fall. A family friend, Mark Turner, has started a Go Fund Me page to raise money for a tribute. According to Turner, the family decided the money should go to a project to expand the Muslim Community Center of South Kingstown. As of Sunday night, the fund had almost reached its $6,000 goal.
