Naturalization Ceremony: War College

Mia Hall, U.S. Naval War College’s (NWC) barber, takes the Oath of Allegiance during her naturalization ceremony held at NWC’s Mahan Rotunda. Originally from Brazil, Hall immigrated to the U.S. in the late 1980’s with her family and after spending more than two decades as a permanent citizen, Hall took the necessary steps to become naturalized.
