Newport 2022 Election Results: Sweep Projected For Dems In State Races

According to unofficial election results, Democrats Louis DiPalma and Dawn Euer are headed to the state senate.

Incumbent District 12 Rep. Lous DiPalma garnered 7,527 votes, compared to Republican challenger Stephen Horridge's 3,698. In District 13. Incumbent Dawn Euer finished with 6,439 votes, while Republican David Quiroa had 2,674.

NEWPORT, RI — Unofficial election results are in for Newport's election, and it appears Democrats will keep both state senate seats.

Incumbent District 12 Rep. Lous DiPalma garnered 7,527 votes, compared to Republican challenger Stephen Horridge's 3,698. In District 13. Incumbent Dawn Euer finished with 6,439 votes, while Republican David Quiroa had 2,674.
