Newport Cliff Walk Graffiti Case: Police Arrest Two Suspects
Two East Providence women turned themselves in to police and will face misdemeanor graffiti and conspiracy charges.

NEWPORT, RI — Two East Providence women have been arrested in connection with the graffiti sprayed on the sea wall behind Mirimar a week ago. Jocelyn Senecal and Jenna Senecal, both 22, turned themselves in Saturday morning, police said.
Both were charged with two misdemeanors for Graffiti (RI General Law §11-44-21.1) and Conspiracy and released. They are due in Newport District Court on Dec. 13.
