NEWPORT, RI—Here are recent arrests in Newport. Information comes from the police department.

Oct. 31

Antonio Adrian Watts, 26, of Fall River, Mass., was arrested at 7:50 a.m. at Festival Field apartments. Police allege he uses the alias Hanam and was selling drugs at Festival Field apartments and at Rolling Green apartments. At 8 a.m. officers raided his girl friend's apartment inside the Festival Field complex. That's where he allegedly was stashing firearms and drugs under a radiator cover outside the apartment's back door. Police allege they also found $860 cash, a scale, plastic baggies and baking soda inside the apartment. He allegedly was taking 50 to 100 grams at a time of cocaine and cooking it into 200 grams of crack. He was charged with felony Manufacturing, Possessing and Delivering Cocaine.

Isaac Montanez, 33, of Newport, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. at Rolling Green apartments at the home of an ex-girl friend. He was charged with felony Domestic Vandalism, malicious injury to property, third offense; and misdemeanor Domestic Disorderly Conduct.
