Obituary: Michael R. West, 36, Rogers High School Graduate

Michael R. West, 36, of Cranston, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2015 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Kelly (Barrette) West. Born in Providence, Michael was the son of Raymond and Lucia (Pintauro) West of St James City, FL (formerly of Newport, RI). He was the brother of Lisa Marie West of NY, NY. Michael was the grandson of Gerda Pintauro of Pelham Manor, NY and the late Dr. Frank Pintauro, Martin and Katherine West. He also leaves behind father-in law John Barrette and the late Muriel Barrette of Woonsocket and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Michael attended Roger’s High School in Newport, Katherine Gibbs in Providence and Maine Media Workshop.

Michael was employed for FM Global and worked as a help desk specialist.

Michael founded Cloud Thirteen Productions in the early 2000’s and has directed and produced several short films.

His funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday, November 24th at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be private.
