RI Weather: Clear Weekend, But Cold And Gusty
Temperatures will drop to around 12 degrees this weekend and we'll have gusts up to 28 mph, the National Weather Service forecasts.

RHODE ISLAND — Gusts and freezing temperatures define the weather in Rhode Island much of this weekend, according to the National Weather Service's forecast. Temperatures are expected to top out at 30 and drop as low as 12. Luckily, we shouldn't expect any rain or snow.
The gusty winds on Friday are reaching as high as 28 mph. Alongside a temperature of 29 degrees, the gusts cause a wind chill of 21, the forecast says.
We can expect the winds to die down on Saturday, as the NWS predicts no more gusts after Saturday afternoon.
