The Alliance for a Livable Newport is hosting the a forum about the city’s finances and the city’s director of finance, Laura Sitrin, will be there, along with a group of panelists from the city’s finance department.
They’ll have a presentation about the city’s finance department and will answer audience questions afterwards.

The forum is the latest in a series of public forums on the workings of the city’s municipal government.
The forum will be held on Thursday, Dec. 3 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
