1:50 p.m. — Brian Kelley, 40, of Middletown, was charged with driving with an expired license or without a license (fourth or greater offense).

1:25 a.m. — Christopher Peterson, 39, Bloomingdale, New Jersey, was charged with resisting legal or illegal arrest and disorderly conduct.
Sept. 17
12:30 a.m. — Lukassz Dunaj, 38, of Quincy, Massachusetts, was charged with disorderly conduct.
2:25 a.m. — David Ralph, 44, was charged with violating a no-contact order.
7:25 p.m. — Joshua Anthony, 30, of Newport, was charged with a bench warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court.
Sept. 18
8:09 a.m. — Ryan Nieves, 21, of Warren, was charged with a warrant from another police department, four counts of receiving stolen goods (misdemeanor), and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Sept. 19
8:45 p.m. — Victor Watson, 52, of Middletown, was charged with a warrant.
Sept. 20
12:39 p.m. — Ryan Nieves, 21, of Warren, was charged with two counts of fraudulent use of credit cards.
12:48 p.m. — Ryan Nieves, 21, of Warren, was charged with burglary, larceny over $1,500 from a building and larceny under $1,500 from a building.
1:01 p.m. — Ryan Nieves, 21, of Warren, was charged with burglary and larceny under $1,500 from a building.
