Cleaner Allegedly Stole Jewelry from Home
The following is based on reports from the Portsmouth Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Portsmouth police made the following arrests in past few days.Â
- Dina Sousa, 33, of Fall River, was arrested on April 25 at 8:45 a.m., and charged with one count, larceny over $1500, and two counts, larceny under $1500. The arrest stems from an investigation into alleged thefts at homes on Greystone Terrace and Greylock Drive. Items, including jewelry, were reported missing during a three-month period. An investigation led to people clearning the house and later Sousa, who turned herself in at the police station.Â
- Randall Borges, 51, of Middletown, was arrested on April 25 at 10 a.m. Police stopped a vehicle on West Main Road at Union Street for a traffic violation. The driver identified himself with a U.S. passport. However, when checked, the passport came back with a different date of birth. Borges was charged with obstruction of an officer and driving on an expired license.
