Portsmouth Auctioning Off Old Police Cruisers

Proceeds from the sales will go back to the town.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Portsmouth is auctioning off two former police cruisers, along with several municipal vehicles. Bidding will be open until Thursday.

The two police vehicles are a 2009 Crown Victoria and a Ford Crown Victoria. The other vehicles available to bid are a 2003 Ford Explorer, 2006 Ford Expedition, and a 2007 white Ford Explorer building inspection vehicle.

All proceeds from the sales will go back to the town.
