April 7

Lee Robert Hendrick, 28, of Fall River, Mass., was stopped at 2:31 a.m. on Turnpike Avenue at Memorial Drive and taken into custody on a bench warrant.

April 13

Ronald Howard Mills, 60, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 4:02 p.m. on East Main Road near President Avenue and taken into custody on a bench warrant.

April 13

Sara Margret Fournier, 24, of Fall River, Mass., was stopped at 11:29 p.m. on Route 24 North at Sprague Street. She was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

April 16

George A. Chelf, Jr., 28, of Fall River, Mass., was arersted on Anthony Road at 11:02 a.m. He was charged with Domestic Refusal/Relinquish Telephone.

April 17

Conor Dillon Carr, 33, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 11:46 p.m. on West Main Road at Turnpike Avenue. He was cited for Driving after the license was denied, suspended or revoked, second offense.

Sean Daniel Santos, 33, of Providence, was stopped at 5:26 p.m. on West Main Road at the Town Line and taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

Russell A. Desmarais, 40, of Fairhaven, Mass., was stopped at 1:07 a.m. on Route 24 North at Cedar Island and charged with Driving under the influence, first offense.

Ryan Draine, 28, of Cumberland, was stopped at 12:46 a.m. on Boyd's Lane near Founders Brook and taken into custody on an arrest warrant.
