Joao Manuel Medeiros, 60, of Bristol, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on West Main Road at the Dunkin' Donuts. He was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery and cited for Driving after his license was denied, suspended or revoked.

Edward Joseph Francis, 40, of Portsmouth, was arrested at the police station at 6:36 p.m. on an arrest warrant. He was charged with Domestic Breaking and Entering (business, public building or ship) with felonious intent; Driving without owner's consent; and Larceny under $1500.

John Anthony Coleman, 47, of Middletown, was stopped at 4:05 p.m. on West Main Road at the Melville School and taken into custody on a bench warrant.
Brian Keith Whipple, 58, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 5:39 p.m. on Donna Drive near Debra Drive. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, second offense; and cited for Driving after his license was suspended or revoked.
Theresa Rose Deschenes, 44, of Bristol, was stopped at 10:12 p.m. on West Main Road near Turkey Hill. She was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Matthew Ryan Hart, Jr., 21, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 11:25 p.m. on Donna Drive and taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

Jacob Daniel Mumme, 25, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on East Main Road. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, third offense; Weapons other than firearms prohibited; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.
