Joshua A. Haywood, 32, of Tiverton, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. at the police station. Police had obtained an arrest warrant charging him with obtaining money (over $500) under false pretenses.

Richard F. Neville, 57, of Tiverton, was stopped at 5:31 p.m. on West Main Road at the town line. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense.
