Brian Joseph Appleton, 32, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. at his home. He was charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

Brandon Gardner Cawley, 20, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 8:08 p.m. at Glen Manor House at Frank Coelho Drive. He was charged with Possession of beverage (underage persons) and Possession of marijuana, 1 oz. or less by a person 18 or older.
Lucas Jorge Carreiro, 26, of New Bedford, Mass., was stopped at 11:25 p.m. on West Main Road at Prescott Point. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Andrew Joseph Riley, 26, of Portsmouth, was taken into custody on a bench warrant at 3:16 p.m. on Sprague Street.
Pilar Marie Ramos Vargas, 36, of Providence, was stopped at 11:32 p.m. on West Main Road at the Mobil Xtra Mart and charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Darrin Philip Lavallee, Jr., 31, of Bristol, was stopped at 6:21 p.m. at Boyd's Lane and Bristol Ferry Road. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test, and Driving after his license was denied, suspended or revoked, second offense.
