Exits On I-95 In Providence Reopen After Sign Was Damaged

Exits 37B (Memorial​ Boulevard), 37C (Route 6 westbound/Route 10 southbound), and 37D (Providence Place) were closed Friday morning.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Three exits on Interstate 95 southbound in Providence were closed Friday morning after a sign on the highway was damaged, according to the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT)

Exits 37B (Memorial Boulevard), 37C (Route 6 westbound/Route 10 southbound), and 37D (Providence Place) were closed while crews worked to replace the damaged sign.

In a social media post, RIDOT said the roadwork was finished just before 8 a.m.
