Providence Conspirator Conveyed Articles To Or From Institution: Cops
The Providence Woman was arrested by Adult Correctional Institutions investigators, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence Woman was arrested by Adult Correctional Institutions investigators, police said.
Kimberly McArthur, 32, was arrested Thursday and charged with conveyance of unauthorized articles to or from an institution and conspiracy, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"Ms. McArthur was arraigned in Third Division Court, where she was granted $5,000 surety bail," the release said.
