I’ve always loved the mix of science and human connection, and reproductive endocrinology brings those two things together in such a meaningful way. Helping people build their families is one of the greatest privileges I can imagine. When I discovered Boston IVF, I knew right away it was the right fit for me. The collaboration, the level of innovation, and most importantly, the kindness that defines the culture here all stood out. Everyone genuinely cares about every patient’s experience, and that allows me to provide care that’s both deeply personal and rooted in the best science available.

Can you share a moment — even from your first few weeks — that made you step back and feel proud to be part of this team?

I remember a patient early on whose case was especially complex. It required input from so many people across our team, from the lab to the nurses to the physicians. Everyone came together to think through the best plan for her. When she got pregnant, the entire team shared in her joy. It was one of those moments that really showed how special this place is. Boston IVF isn’t just a clinic; it’s a family that celebrates every success alongside our patients.

What do you believe patients deserve from fertility care that you’re excited to help deliver at Boston IVF?

I believe every patient deserves to feel understood, supported, and cared for from the very first visit. Fertility care can be emotional and challenging, and my goal is to make sure each person knows they’re not alone. I want my patients to feel comfortable asking questions, to have clear and honest information, and to feel truly supported every step of the way. At Boston IVF, that’s exactly how we approach care. We lead with expertise, but we never lose sight of compassion.

How does your research, particularly on fertility preservation and environmental impacts on fertility, inform your clinical care and uplift the patient experience?

My research has helped me understand how biology, lifestyle, and environmental factors all come together to influence fertility. It’s so valuable to bring that science into real conversations with patients. Whether we’re discussing fertility preservation or ways to optimize reproductive health, I love helping people make informed, thoughtful choices about their care. It keeps me focused on treating each person as a whole, not just their diagnosis.

In what ways do you see the field of reproductive endocrinology evolving, and how will you contribute — both individually and as part of this team?

The field is moving toward more personalized, holistic care, and that’s something I’m really passionate about. We’re learning how to use genetics, technology, and data to tailor treatments in ways that truly fit each person’s needs. But what’s just as important is making sure we never lose the human side of care. I see Boston IVF leading the way in combining innovation with empathy, and I’m proud to be part of that. My goal is to keep contributing through research, education, and compassionate care that helps patients feel supported, confident, and hopeful.
