5 Things: Mixed-Use Development, Jared Paul's Spoken Word

Here's 5 things you need to know for Wednesday, July 24:

  1. In case you missed it, the Tiverton Town Council attended a special meeting of the Planning Board last night to discuss a mixed-use development. Did you attend the meeting? What did you think? Tell us in the comment section.
  2. More chances of rain and thunderstorms today after 1 p.m. Expect a high of 82.
  3. Get ready! Celebrate Tiverton is only one day away! The kickoff starts Thursday night in Four Corners.
  4. Parents rejoice! Including today, there are only 37 days left until the first day of school in Tiverton and 42 days in Little-Compton (excluding PHS students).
  5. The Tiverton Public Library and the Sandywoods Center for the Arts present an electrifying spoken word performance by internationally-recognized performer, Jared Paul, on Wednesday at 6:45 p.m.
