FBI Arrests Man; Celebrate Tiverton With Concert, Bonfire

Here's 5 things you need to know for Friday, July 26:

  1. In case you missed it, the FBI arrested a man in New Jersey Thursday in connection with the disappearance of a Portsmouth teen. She was found safe on Thursday.
  2. Celebrate Tiverton events continue tonight! (See below for more info on tonight's events.)
  3. Gather with neighbors or make new friends at tonight's Music on Middle at the Middle Ave. gazebo for some lively entertainment. The show starts at 5:30 p.m., followed by a Flotilla of Lights at 7:30 p.m. at the Stone Bridge Waterfront.
  4. Let's hope the rain holds off for tonight's Beach Bonfire, part of Celebrate Tiverton. The event kicks off at 8 p.m. at
    Grinnell's Beach.
  5. Not a good weather start to the weekend! Expect a 75 percent chance of rain before 5 p.m.
