  2. Newport County’s Swanhurst Chorus Theater will offer a reprise of its 19th Annual Tribute to Broadway with Frank Loesser’s 1950 hit “Guys & Dolls” this August at the Little Compton Community Center & Theater, starting tonight! 
  3. Same-sex weddings begin for the first time today throughout Rhode Island thanks to the passage of new legislation. 
  4. Bridgefest continues in Newport today with many events around the city, including a Scavenger Hunt all day at Newport's art galleries.
