Search Continues for Missing Little Compton Man
Police said Michael J. Godles, 39, was last seen outside his house near a wooded area on April 26.

LITTLE COMPTON, RI—The search continues for Michael J. Godles, 39, on Saturday morning.
Godles was last seen on April 26 outside his West Main Road house near a wooded area.
"No one has seen or heard from him since," said Police Chief Antone Marion.

Godles was reported missing by his mother and police said a search by officers joined by members of the Little Compton Fire Department was conducted on Friday afternoon. The state police also responded with K-9 units and a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter was dispatched from Woods Hole, MA, to help as well.
The search continues Saturday and searchers will cover a larger portion of wooded area, the chief said.

Godles suffers from a medical condition and needs medication.
"It is the families belief along with the police that Michael is without his medicine and may be somewhere in the woods located behind his house," Marion said.
