Tiverton, Little Compton Schools Announce Cancellations on Monday, Oct. 29
Hurricane Sandy is giving students a day off across the region on Monday.
On Sunday afternoon, town and school officials in both Tiverton and Little Compton made the decision to cancel school on Monday, Oct. 29 due to the impending hurricane.
Tiverton Middle School will be used as a temporary shelter for anyone in need beginning at 7 p.m. on Sunday.
