A second victim, identified as 43-year-old Christian Wilson, was found dead in a home on Stephen French Road, according to EastBayRI.Â
Swansea Police and Massachusetts State Police were called shortly after to find the alleged shooter also dead in a home with a fatal gunshot wound to the head, according to Swansea Patch.Â
