Tiverton Essex Public Library - Closed.

Union Public Library - Closed.

Grocery Stores

• Clements' Market, 2575 East Main Road, will be open and operate under regular hours.

Restaurants

Coastal Roasters: 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Black Goose Cafe: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
