In Monday's presidential debate, incumbent Barak Obama and Sen. Mitt Romney will face off on foreign policy for a final appeal to voters before the Nov. 6 election. 

The final round of the Obama-Romney debate is scheduled for 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22.

According to the CPD, "The format for the debate will be identical to the first presidential debate and will focus on foreign policy."
