When Is the First Day of School in Tiverton, Little Compton?

Students in the Tiverton School District are scheduled to start the 2013-14 school year on Aug. 29, before the Labor Day holiday. 

Teachers will head back to school a few days early for new teacher orientation on Aug. 26 and orientation on Aug. 27. 

Students in Little Compton will head back to school on Sept. 3.

Little Compton students attending Portsmouth High School will begin classes earlier on Aug. 27.
