  1. For $619,000, you can own 37 Foundry Street, a six-unit apartment building. According to the listing, the “annual income is shy under $50,000.” On Thursday, the listing agent recommended this property as an investment. (@kyleseyboth)
  2. Woonsocket High football head coach Charlie Bibeault had a great time at the Rams’ victory parade on Wednesday. How do we know that? There’s footage showing him “looking to get the attention of Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp.” (@BWMcGair03)
  3. The Woonsocket YMCA Whalers youth swim team is continuing its strong season. A couple of weeks ago, it “improved its SENECY (Southeastern New England Cluster of YMCAs) record to 4-0.” In a tri-meet, the Whalers won against the Ocean Community YMCA Hammerheads 257-156 and against the Hale YMCA Riptides 257-63.   4. We learned Thursday that businesses along Cumberland Hill Road lost significant revenues during the gas leak in early February. Patriots Diner at 65 Founders Drive reported a 40% loss of weekly revenues. Vose True Value at 849 Cumberland Hill Road calculated a 30% loss. Antojito’s Taqueria at 1188 Cumberland Hill Road opened last spring and wasn’t able to compare figures. According to the utility, “any request for reimbursements would be handled by National Grid’s Claims Department in the ordinary course.” (The Valley Breeze)
