Claire R. Boisvert: Nyanza Mills Department Store Retiree

Claire R. Boisvert, 96, of Manville, died Monday, March 25, 2013 at the Holiday Nursing Home where she had been a resident for the past 6 years, according to Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home.

She was the wife of the late Jean R. (Pee Wee) Boisvert. Boisvert worked in several department stores in Woonsocket. She retired from the former Nyanza Mills Department Store. For the full obituary, visit Menard-Lacouture's website.

Her funeral will be Tuesday April 2, 2013 at 9 a.m. from the Menard - Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, 1409 Park Av., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are Monday from 5 to 8 p.m.
