The maintenance technician job requires an associates degree or equivalent and work experience. A qualified applicant will be able to maintain, diagnose and repair equipment at the plant as well as possess a boiler, welding or electrical certification license.

The plant worker position requires a high school diploma or GED. Attention to detail is important with this job as the entails the handling of medical waste and safety is paramount.
