Troopers arrest woman for failing to appear in court

At 9:30 p.m. April 15, Troopers arrested Heather Cournoyer, age 33, of 507 Park Avenue, Woonsocket, RI for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review. Cournoyer was transported to the Rhode Island State Police Headquarters where she was processed, special arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.

Troopers arrest Woonsocket man for possession of marijuana, intent to deliver

On April 11, 2013, members of the HIDTA Unit arrested Josue Gomez, age 18, of 168 South Main Street, #1B, Woonsocket, RI, for the following: 1) Possession of Marijuana, 1-5 kilos; 2) and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. Mr. Gomez was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned before a Justice of the Peace. Mr. Lafrance was held without bail and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions.
