Jackson's winning PowerBall® ticket matched five numbers but not the PowerBall® number, for the standard payout of $1,000,000. However, he always adds the Power Play® feature for an extra dollar, which increased his prize to$2,000,000.
Jackson's win is the second $2,000,000 PowerBall® PowerPlay® ticket sold in Rhode Island this year.
