Khalil Oliver, 18, and two juveniles, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl, all students at the school, have been charged with a count each of making a bomb threat in a public building and conspiracy, felonies, according to Woonsocket Police Information Officer Det. Jamie Paone.
The charges carry a possible 10-year sentence for each count, Paone said. "It's not something to be taken lightly," she said.

The fourth and latest bomb threat was made yesterday morning, when a note warning of a bomb was discovered at the school. The third bomb threat was made Tuesday morning - again via note. Last week Woonsocket High School received two bomb threats - one on April 23 and again on April 26.
In each case, classes were disrupted for at least an hour while police searched the building for explosives. Tuesday's threat, which required aid from the State Police Bomb squad and local fire and police response, cost the city about $100,000, Paone said.
Police credited WHS kids with helping to make the arrests. "We had some tips from the students," Paone said. She said this morning WPD and the school department held a few assemblies to thank the students for their help and patience during each of the bomb threats.
Paone said she still can't discuss details on the threats, since the investigation isn't over yet. "We're hoping to make more arrests," she said. Paone encouraged anyone with information on the bomb threats to call the department at 401-766-1212 or the police tip line — 401-769-4444.
