ChART gallery expands
Artists continue to add work to Charleston's biggest outdoor gallery
CHARLESTON - The alley walls behind the northbound Savannah Highway side of the Avondale Point Business District are filling up as local artists continue to add pieces to the Charleston Art Outdoor Initiative's gallery.
Several new pieces have been added since the ChART block party at the end of June and more are on the way. Organizer Geoff Richardson has yet to start his own mural on the back wall of his business' new location, but artist Patch Whisky has begun a new piece in the alley and others including Constantine O'Donnell have finished pieces since.
More art is on the way, Richardson said, so stay tuned.
