3 Blood Gang Members Arrested in Armed Robbery String

Two men and one teenager, all known gang members, were arrested in connection with a string of three robberies on Augusta Road and Sunset Blvd. in May, June and July, a press release stated. 

A second 18-year-old is wanted in connection to the robberies. 

All of the suspects are known members of the Bloods gang. 

Rayjon “Savage” Smith, 18, and the 16-year-old were arrested on Tuesday on Lorick Circle in Columbia.    

Travis Josiah Bromell, 24, of Columbia, was arrested on Thursday and charged with four counts of armed robbery, four counts of possessing a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, four counts of criminal conspiracy and two counts of kidnapping. 

In each robbery, the men covered their faces with cloths or masks in order to conceal their identities. They then allegedly ran in the stores, forced clerks to open cash registers and stole an undetermined amount of money, tobacco products and beer before driving off, the release stated.
