BI-LO Announces 10-Week Price Freeze

At a time when customers are working hard to stretch their budgets, BI-LO has announced it will freeze prices over a ten-week period on hundreds of products customers buy every day across every category and department in the store.

“We are working hard to provide our customers the products they want at prices they can afford,” said Mary Kellmanson, BI-LO’s senior vice president of marketing, in a news release. “Add a great selection of high-quality products, combined with extra attention to customer service, and we believe we’ve made shopping better and more affordable for our customers.”

The first wave of "Price Locks" coincide with back to school. A sampling of price-freeze items include: Dove Soap, Ritz Crackers, Skippy Peanut Butter, Red Baron Pizza, Classico Pasta Sauce, Duncan Hines Brownies, Del Monte vegetables, Special K Bars, Scott Bath Tissue, Era Liquid Detergent, Oscar Meyer Selects, Hormel Cooked Ham and hundreds more.
